Pilar Ángel
Pilar Angel is a writer and hypnotist from Dallas, Texas. Her logo is a talisman, an emblem that exalts both name and occupation in order to establish a dialogue of relations between image and concept.
The decision was to make a graphic version of the literal aspect of their name. Pilar as a column or a fundamental support. and Angel as the idea of the divine being with wings. A tree and an omniscient eye, seek to mean the deep knowledge about the mind and spirit that it represents.

Process
Although I don't keep the remains of the process, this logo was sketched many times before reaching this conclusion. During vectorization, spaces and proportions were taken into account to make it a harmonious symbol.
I wanted it to represent the P and the A, a pillar like a ionic column opens its angel wings and is crowned by a single eye representing superior understanding. It is also a tree, which was the concept we started working with because of the changing seasons.
Curiosity doesn't kill rats.
